To register for the 10th Annual Flushing Walleye Festival, presented by Randy Wise Chevrolet, please fill out the online form, send a check (payable to the Flushing Area Chamber of Commerce) or visit the Flushing Area Chamber of Commerce.

PARTICIPANTS AND ELIGIBILITY: It is the contestant’s responsibility for knowing and abiding by all FWF, local and state regulations which pertain to the FWF Festival waters.

WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS: All contestants in signing an entry form agree to hold harmless any and all promoters, festival directors, agents, agencies, sponsors and organizations assisting the Flushing Walleye Festival operation. Furthermore, all contestants agree to waive all responsibility for death, injuries, damages, liability, theft, fire or loss of any kind to entrants. Signing an entry form is in fact signing a waiver form. No unsigned entry will be processed for competition.

Pre-Registration is closed. On site registration begins on 3/12/2010 at 3:00pm
